All orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. If there is a delay we will let you know via email.

Once you place your order and payment has been confirmed you will receive an automatic confirmation email with details of your order.

Ausbatteries store uses the services of Australia Post to distribute to addresses within Australia. All orders are shipped within 1 – 3 days generally and are dispatched from our office in Sydney, New South Wales.

If there is going to be a delay shipping out your order the Ausbatteries team will contact you and let you know, delays can happen if your order needs to be ordered in directly from the manufacturer, we will do our best to advise you of the delay time frame, please allow up to 20 days for some speciality products.

Once shipped your order should arrive within 5 to 7 working days for customers in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, customers located in Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia should expect their order to arrive within 7 to 10 days.

If your order has not arrived within the time stated, please check with your local post office to see if your item is being held, if you require assistance or your order has not arrived, please contact us.

Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. If you wish for your order to be delivered to a place of business, please ensure that the business name is included.

we ship all our orders using Australia Post, depending on the value a signature may be required, for larger wholesale orders we may use a courier service.
