I had to wait for my battery for 1 month, have not got it still and lost any hope of getting it so Ihad to request for a refund. I was not offered compensation for 2 returns of incorrect items I had to do, let along for my time spent waiting and doing returns. Response for the refund request was extremely rude suggesting I would be inclined to not return the incorrect item if I received my money first and no assurance have been provided to compensate my postage expenses.
