Arrived in good condition and which included the tools to open iPod :)
against all advice I tried to replace the battery in an Apple iPod. No success, not the batteries fault.
Battery did not come with any tools to remove the old one from the iPod..... though I didn’t actually check during purchasing that they weren’t included. Got automatic requests to review the product though I had not received it yet. Customer service via email was alright.
