Unfortunately the battery I ordered

Unfortunately the battery I ordered is not what I thought it would be, what I need is a C size Clock battery, one that just stops, and does not just slow down

So this one does not work for me

Also I only received 1 battery in the packet, not 2 as it says on the invoice, I'll be sending the packet back to you
