Really one of the worst

Really one of the worst experiences I've ever had in online shopping. I've foolishly ordered this product twice, and the first time I received a different battery with much lower C rating (although higher overall mAh capacity) and had to send it back for a refund, but on the second order I once again received the wrong battery. I've learned my lesson and given up trying to use AusBatteries to complete my battery pack.
Unfortunately the customer support for this has also been lack luster.
